Myosuisse structure

Myosuisse is made up of the kosek-national reference centres for muscle diseases, the patient organisations, the foundations for research into muscle diseases and the Swiss patient register for neuromuscular diseases.

Myosuisse is managed by a Steering Board, which is made up of representatives of the reference centres for adults and children, the founding patient organisations, care professionals and researchers every two years. The presidency must be held by a neurologist and the management by a founding patient organisation.

Myosuisse meets once a year at the end of August and sets the goals and strategies for the coming year. Working groups can be set up for projects and common interests.
